OUR STORY
After buying his first home with his wife and family, Terry found himself in a home that needed multiple repairs and a difficult situation overall. From this experience, Terry opted to protect new home buyers looking to begin the next stage of their lives by becoming a licensed home inspector (NCHI # 4051). Through this experience, Terry learned how valuable the insight of a home inspector can be to anyone involved in a real-estate transaction.
His thorough procedures and one-on-one consultations that come with each and every home inspection result in all parties being well informed and well protected.
